DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any federal judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, yorunights.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. yorunights.com may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
